Jiamei's leaders deeply understand the importance of clients, employees, improvement and innovation to the enterprise's development. In 1995, the company started from small beginnings, firstly engaged in the electrostatic powder coating business. In 2001, the company changed name into Jiamei Metal Products Co., Ltd. and developed into a solely export-oriented company. So we witnessed rapid development during this course. Now Jiamei boasts a total employee number of 510, with a total metal processing capacity of over 10,000 tons and an annual turnover of 14 million USD.

Design and research
Currently, Jiamei has own professional R&D department. Our skilled team will react as quickly as possible for conceiving, analyzing and mapping once they receive drawings or samples from customers. And then they will give a feasibility analysis accordingly. Once they get confirmation from clients, our R&D department will immediately make models and produce the first sample for our customers. This entire procedure is well ordered to ensure that our customers can obtain products with high quality.

Production and quality
Jiamei attaches great importance to quality control and production management. Because most of our products are export-oriented, we not only strictly comply with the China national standards, but also devote ourselves to the implementation of international quality assurance certification criteria. As a result of our joint efforts, Jiamei was certified for ISO9001-2000 international quality assurance certification in 2002.

Jiamei boasts full sets of production lines. The company covers a total area of 60,000 square meters with a factory building area of 32,000 square meters. The company boasts a processing capacity of 10000 tons of wire rods, a processing capacity of 3500 tons of pipes as well as a processing capacity of 3000 tons of plates annually. Also, the company possesses two static powder-coating pipelines, an automatic chrome plating pipeline and an automatic galvanization pipeline, as well as an automatic nickel and chrome plating circumferential pipeline.
